Refund & Return Policy

At Ronia, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • Returned in its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The item is defective

  • The wrong item was received
